Prepare to Join Us
Next Intake
During the lead-up to beginning your studies, you can gain guidance from our trained Advisors. If you have questions about the registration process, student support or transitioning to campus, please reach out to our team. We will be here to support you and put your mind at ease each step of the way.
Refund Policy
If you decide to withdraw from your program, you must do so before the start of classes in order to receive a 100% refund. If you complete your course online, and are not able to come to the U.S. because of visa issues, you will be eligible for a 50% tuition refund, subject to meeting relevant criteria.

Future Intakes
There are a few things you will need to do to prepare for studying here in Texas. Before you travel to the U.S., please remember to keep the University informed on your plans, book your student accommodation, and fill out the relevant arrival and flight forms. You will also need to make sure you have the relevant documentation to study here.
