Comfortable Living

Our luxury on-campus accommodation includes all utilities, including laundry, fully equipped kitchens, and a full-sized washer and dryer. You will have everything you need to be comfortable, settled and independent. You will live in a safe community, with a University Police Department available at all times.

Great Location

Miramar is located on the same campus as your classes, so you can easily walk to classes. Momentum Village in conveniently located nearby, easily accessible by bike or free shuttle.

Momentum Village - Momentum Campus

Based in Momentum Campus, this gated community offers a direct shuttle to the Island Campus. There is WiFi throughout the village, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and even a swimming pool.

Miramar - Island Campus

Based on Island Campus, rooms boast spectacular bay views. You will have easy access to the outdoor sports facilities, including outdoor volleyball and a picnic area, and live close to the on-campus Dugan Wellness Center. The shared recreation rooms provide WiFi access, and you will love being able to relax at the swimming pool.

One-Year Residency Requirement

All first-year undergraduate students are required to live on campus for your first two semesters at TAMU-CC. Research has proven that living on campus can improve your GPA, reduce the time it takes for you to complete your degree, and it allows for you to easily get involved in campus activities and use the resources that are available.
